This app is terrible. Just go direct through a rental car company website

This app has been good ... Gets good prices for my infrequent car rentals. But today it would not allow me to enter my desired pickup time and drop off time ... it just went ahead and completed my reservation with the wrong times listed. So now I have to find a way to correct the times. Thats inconvenient!

This app messed up my whole trip by booking a car 25 miles from the airport. No shuttle if course and transferring the reservation to the airport counter would cost an extra $650! CS could have cared less. I am deleting this app and telling everyone I know to Avoid it at all cost! Or it WILL COST!

Had been using the Rentalcars.com website previously, and with the ever changing travel schedules, the user friendly app made it very convenient while waiting at the airport!!! Lots of selections of vehicles!!! The only downside is the number of fees and taxes which are charged that makes the overall cost double.

Same day of the pick up they send us and email changing our suplier but respecting the price. We didnt mind, but once at the counter they were charging way too much so we didnt take it. Asked rentalcars our refund and still 5 days later have not heard anything from them, even though have send 4 mails from their app, web and email. Very frustrating and dissapointing :(

Very good app and easy to use.

Good app, it does what it is supposed to do. It seems to get the best rates across many rental agencies. I just wish that it would incorporate loyalty program for the rental companies.

The app got me a car rental with Dollar in Puerto Vallarta. Plane got delayed and when I phoned customer service to make arrangements l was on hold for 30 minutes and finally hung up and had to call Mexico. To add insult to injury, when I did arrive to rent the car the $275 I paid for had another $360.0 added on for insurance for 4 days. The lesson is that the app isnt very good, they charge a artificial low price and then you get the shaft when picking up the car and nobody answers the phone if there is a problem. Bottom line, keep looking.

I really like the app. Thanks. But In filtering , why I can not select between fuel type ( Gasoline or Diesel ) so it will more easer.

I was asked who the primary driver would be...my details were wrong, and there was no way to update. When I tried to put in another driver, I entered all the details but nothing happened when I clicked "continue" many times...and when I went back, all the data I input was lost. Ended up booking with inaccurate info. Needs a lot of work!

I downloaded this app, booked my car, I couldnt believe the prices... So I took the risk anyway and it turned out be the best app Ive ever downloaded... Id love them to have one app that give you deals for Hotels and Flights as well. Great Job! Something that finally work and give you value for money!
