Very bad customer service
Same day of the pick up they send us and email changing our suplier but respecting the price. We didnt mind, but once at the counter they were charging way too much so we didnt take it. Asked rentalcars our refund and still 5 days later have not heard anything from them, even though have send 4 mails from their app, web and email. Very frustrating and dissapointing :(
