Do not trust this App they may change your selection without you permission

Terrible. I got charged a $70 phone bill because when I clicked my booking and hit the button I have questions about my booking, it provided me a number which apparently was UK number. I live in US, made the booking in US and will use the rental in US. Just plain stupid!

Dont use this company youll be sorry, no cancellation option, the rental companies dont honor the booking, youll end up either paying twice as much or lose all.

I prepaid for a car with full insurance and an extra driver, but had to pay again for both of those at the rental desk since there was no record of prepayment or selection of those.

Downloaded app to Mae changes to booking. Found my booking easily. Quick and easy changes. No problems!

fast and easy to use

So I go online to rent a car. I basically reserve the car. I order to get the price quoted, I had to download this app. There is nothing on the site that said the app is required. So I download the app, now I have to create an account, which I do. When I try to log in, Im told my email address is not valid! So I go to create an account t again and Im told that the email is already associated with an account. I call customer service and I get put in a line that after 15 minutes, I got tired of waiting and hung up! This is a terrible company, app and over all experience.

This company is fraudulent. They will charge your card, make a reservation for you, but then you will have to pay the rental car company as well. When I rented from Hertz via rental cars.com Hertz told me rental cars.com never sent any payment just a reservation.

Be aware from this app , after you will pay they will show you the other face

Great app very easy to manage booking

This app caused me pay over 40% than the retail price. I have documents to prove it.

Unfortunately i rent throw this app in Hertz Company they took the money directly same time and when i arrive at the t3 Dubai they tell me that baby chair is not available i was add that to the extras ! And if i would like to cancel i should contact rentalcars.com I called UK many many times international calls no one answer I try to send an email but their is no way, i sent a complaint no one send me back And no money where refund although it was mentioned free cancellation My first and last experiment with this app and company Dont waste your money

Ratings for vendors are inflated. Buchbinder had a four star rating on here and a one to two star rating everywhere else. Now Ive been waiting for two weeks to get my €1200 deposit back.

Book directly with the rental company instead, they have hidden charges my quote of 243 euros and in the end I was charged 750 euros. Europcar said if I had booked direct there would be no extra charges.
