If I could throw mud thru this review, I would! First off, the App has no quick means to communicate w the company when there is a problem, which I had. Rentalcars.com refused to provide me with a receipt showing that I used AMEX, that Budget demanded I provide so I could waive the Collision Damage Insurance. Via google, I found a phone number and watched the Budget Agent and the Rentalcars agent argue! But the victim was me! In the end, the RC agent booked me with another company (who may not have required proof) but it would take 3 hours for rental to clear!! I had not choice but to rent from another company directly. The clincher was Rentalcars.com charge on the AMEX for 2 rentals!! LOL! AMEX will clear it, but I recommend you NEVER use this company!
