Rentalcars.com Car rental App App Reviews

To be honest I liked the app. It was easy and quick. It did what I wanted and appeared to be the best price around. However the price was 25% off, it didnt account for any taxes and fees. And in the end cost me exactly the same as if I wouldve just walked up to the rental car counter and hired a car. When I complained to rentalcars.com via the app and on the phone not only did they not care, but they flat out lied to me to get me off the phone. When I further contacted them after the rental completed not only could they do nothing about the problem, they didnt care to hear more about it or address the issue at hand in anyway shape or form. I WANT to like this app but Ill never do business with this company again. I gave them 2 chances. The literally told me both times they dont care. Id stay far away from this company if I were you.

Dont book a car through this site! I did, and when I arrived at the car rental agency at my scheduled pick up time, they had closed early, leaving me stuck paying twice as much at another car rental counter. Cant call the customer service number for rentalcars.com, its in England. Stuck waiting for a refund, havent heard a thing from them since submitting the required paperwork. First and last time using this company. Kayak never gave me this much trouble...

This is now my one-and-only go-to source for car rentals. Ive been able to find smoking deals on rental cars all over the country as well as internationally. Easy to use!
