Misleading Marketing emails means misleading company I wont be using

Got a very confusing email that made it look like I needed to download the app in order to access the reservation I had already made.
Instead that reservation was hidden in another email.
This is a clearly shady attempt to get app downloads. Well congrats! Instead you get a one star review and an app delete.
I would have been happy to download and use a good app that did this. I will be renting a lot of cars for me and my entire company over the next 18 months.
