Bad experiment !! No money refunds

Unfortunately i rent throw this app in Hertz Company they took the money directly same time and when i arrive at the t3 Dubai they tell me that baby chair is not available i was add that to the extras !

And if i would like to cancel i should contact rentalcars.com

I called UK many many times international calls no one answer

I try to send an email but their is no way, i sent a complaint no one send me back

And no money where refund although it was mentioned free cancellation

My first and last experiment with this app and company

Dont waste your money
