Double insurance charge

Booked a car in Barcelona for 3 days at Goldcar through rentflcar.com. I was informed by Goldcar that the insurance I have does not cover fully and I need to pay extra. At home I was informed by rentalcars that their insurance does fully cover and they cannot refund.

Cannot recommend, rentalcars does not manage their dealers, you are on youre own and double charged allong the way.
