unprofessional bad company الحذر من هذه الشركة

شركة نصب واحتيال وخدمة سيئة وحصل موقف لا احسد عليه معهم وهوا كالتالي:
unfortunately I booked a car throw your agency N# 331806576 and after a stressful flight I reached the Avis company for receiving my car they refused after 15 mints of delay because the master card prepaid I told him it is written in the booking website and in the recieve it is prepaid but they just refused and looked like they doesnt care and I asked them to give me any solutions they claimed a lot of customers having problem with them regarding like my pre paid master card and other issues and when I asked to give me my money back also refused I tried to contact your agency but I could not because there were no clear email and I there were no response with the number which in site
there message was to there superfizer and I
